- Assist with product selection and recommendations from over 100 manufacturers
- Internal staff utilizes AGI & Visual Software to create lighting models from CAD, Revit or PDF files
- 24-48 hour turnaround for interior and exterior photometric studies by tenured LC staff
- Utilize IES guidelines to meet project-specific design criteria (LEED, Well Build, etc.)
- Comply with local ordinances for outdoor lighting, Dark Sky, BUG ratings, CPTED
- Meet Florida Building Code for energy consumption, watts/sf, LPD, and emergency egress
Generate photometrics and/or rendering design assistance which meet state, county or local codes and ordinances to provide the design team and end-user with the desires effect.
